Assitant General Manager/ Sr. Manager - R& D

1. Technology strategy & Roadmap: Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy & Product roadmap that supports and algins with the company's business goals and vision

2. Team management: Lead, mentor and manage the technology and engineering teams ensuring that technology investments are productive and profitable.

3. Product development: Drive the development and launch of new products and services with product benchmarking and competitive strategy 

4. Market awareness: Stay informed about the latest technology trends, platforms, and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive

5. Problem Solving: Aptitude for identifying and solving complex business issues and technological problems

6. Financial acumen: Conduct cost-benefit analysis, and ensure that technology investments provide a positive return on investment.

Technical skills

1. Design and development of battery packs for both mobility and stationary applications

2. Integration with vehicle power trains and peripherals, BMS programming & mechanical design 

3. Hands on experience on design, development, integration, testing & validation of ESS and EV applications

4. Experience in Homologation & certification

5. Hands on experience over compliance AIS 156, AIS 38, BIS, IS16893, type approvals

6. Awareness of NPD QMS systems
