Roles and Responsibilities:

EC tour using guide

Sales Presentation run through and explaining about it

During the showroom tour, USP points should be explain to the client

Explain the client about the terms & condition, Policies and exclusions followed in HOMWORKS

Make sure the Designer gets the requirement from client for site ready projects only.

Make sure the rest of the projects should be followed up for future prospect.

Follow up with the client for the meetings and payments for every stages.

Follow-up and visit the projects to check on the site readiness and conditions.

Maintain pipeline for conversion and production. 

Intervene beforehand when the revisions are exceeding.

Sit for client meetings as & when possible.

Should attend Signoff meeting and Handover the document to CP for signoff.

Need to ensure that all site changes mentioned to client are reflected at site by client along with photos. Do not start D2 before receiving the photos and upload.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
• Strategic thinking, ability to develop and implement business growth strategies
• Strong Negotiation, Relationship Management, and Client Communication skills
• Proven ability to analyse market trends and adapt strategies accordingly
• Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the sales or interior design field is preferred
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
