Job Description: Identify and pursue new business opportunities: Conduct market research to identify potential clients for the Institutional Catering Business Proactively seek out new leads and generate a pipeline of prospective customers. Develop a deep understanding of our company's products, services, and value proposition to effectively promote and sell to potential clients. Build and nurture client relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in prospective client organizations. Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase our offerings and address client needs. Create a strong rapport with clients and serve as a trusted advisor to them, ensuring their satisfaction and retention. Sales and negotiation: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and contracts, tailored to the specific needs of each client. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients, maximizing profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction. Collaboration and teamwork: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and production, to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery of services to clients. Share market insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence with the team to drive continuous improvement. Sales reporting and forecasting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including client information, sales activities, and outcomes. Proven track record of success in sales, business development, or a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or aviation industry. Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with a proven ability to close deals and meet or exceed targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively negotiate with clients. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales goals. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. Flexibility to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
