Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Kochi. The role involves engaging with clients to promote and sell audiological equipment and accessories, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and overseeing sales management activities. Additionally, the specialist will be responsible for providing customer service, conducting training sessions, and implementing marketing strategies to enhance business growth and maximize outreach.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Sales and Sales Management to achieve targets and drive business success
• Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities to build and maintain client relationships
• Experience in providing Training to customers and teams
• Knowledge of audiological equipment and accessories is an advantage
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
