Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, based in Rajkot, Gujarat. The role involves planning and executing sales and marketing strategies to meet organizational goals. Responsibilities include identifying business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, managing sales activities, overseeing training sessions for customers and team members, and improving customer satisfaction through exceptional service and support. The role also requires coordination with other departments and consistent market analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage and build lasting relationships with clients. Sales and Sales Management experience with the ability to identify opportunities, generate leads, and deliver results. Proficiency in Training to educate both customers and internal teams effectively. Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on meeting organizational targets and enhancing customer satisfaction. A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in relevant software tools and technology platforms to manage sales and marketing activities. Prior experience in the steel manufacturing or construction industry is advantageous.
