Role Description

The Sales and Marketing Specialist will oversee various sales and marketing activities to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, identifying potential customers, and closing sales deals. The role will also involve training new team members, managing customer relationships, and ensuring excellent customer service. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
• Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management
• Experience in developing and delivering effective Training programs
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
• Proficiency in using CRM software and sales management tools is an advantage
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
