Radical Minds Technologies (BPO/Contact Center):

Large-scale CX operations—voice, chat, email, back office, outbound sales and collections—across Travel & Hospitality, Logistics/Food Aggregators, BFSI/Insurance, Healthcare, Retail/E-commerce and Government/PSU, with delivery centers in India and clients in the US/UK.

This is a head-level RevOps role without an individual sales quota; success is measured by RevOps KPIs and their impact on overall revenue.

 

What you will own

 

1) Platform & Architecture (Zoho One)

  • Administer Zoho

    CRM

    ,

    Marketing Automation/Campaigns

    ,

    SalesIQ (chat)

    ,

    Social

    ,

    Flow

    ,

    Analytics

    ,

    Books

    ,

    Sign

    ,

    Desk

    (PageSense/Creator as needed).
  • Separate

    Business Units

    (Radical Minds BPO / RMT Engineering IT),

    territories

    (India/US/UK/ME/EU), roles/profiles, field-level security, data governance (DPDP/GDPR), audit logs and backups.

 

2) Lead Gen, Integrations & Orchestration

  • Capture & enrich from

    Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Lead Gen, Meta, Google Ads, Bing

    , website forms, chat and events.
  • Enforce

    UTM standards

    , dedupe/normalize; implement

    lead scoring

    (fit + intent + activity).
  • Auto-assignment by territory/BU with

    SLA timers

    & escalations.

 

3) Communications Integrations

  • Telephony

    (Exotel/Knowlarity/Twilio/Zoho Voice): call pop, auto-log, dispositions, recordings mapped to CRM.
  • WhatsApp Business API

    (Gupshup/360dialog/Twilio): templates, opt-in/opt-out, full thread logging.
  • Email sync

    (O365/Gmail IMAP): two-way logging, templates, sequences/cadences.

 

4) Process, Approvals & Docs

  • Blueprints

    for L1→L5 sales stages;

    discount/margin/TCV

    approvals; InfoSec/legal gates;

    CPQ basics

    ;

    e-sign

    via Zoho Sign; proposal/SOW/NDA templates.
  • Quote→invoice handoff (Zoho Books) and post-sale handover (Zoho Desk) where needed.

 

5) Analytics, Forecasting & Governance

  • Executive dashboards (Founders/CMO), leader & rep views;

    WBR/MBR/QBR

    packs; funnel velocity & conversion ladders;

    channel ROI & attribution

    in Zoho Analytics (first/last/W-shape).
  • Forecast discipline (commit/upside/best case);

    pipeline hygiene

    scoring & audits; change control, documentation, training & adoption.

 

30/45/60-day outcomes

  • Day 30:

    All sources integrated (lead gen, email, telephony, WhatsApp); routing + SLA live;

    executive dashboard v1

    ; data dictionary.
  • Day 45:

    Scoring + approvals (Blueprints) live;

    WBR/MBR automated

    ; attribution reporting in Zoho Analytics.
  • Day 60:

  • Lead-to-first-touch < 15 min

Candidate Profile (what great looks like)

  • Proactive mindset

    with the ability to

    work independently

    under minimal supervision;

    self-starter, self-motivated

    head-level owner reporting directly to Founders & CMO.
  • Proven experience in a similar role

    in the technology or marketing industry, owning both strategy and hands-on execution.
  • Strong

    Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

    expertise with

    Zoho One

    ;

    exposure to HubSpot or Salesforce (SFDC)

    is a plus (future-proofing).
  • Sales strategies and techniques

    to drive

    revenue and conversion growth

    in partnership with BD leaders.
  • Analytical skills

    to interpret data, track metrics and optimize marketing/operational performance.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

    to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Project management

    skills for planning, executing and monitoring CRM & marketing initiatives.
  • Education:

    Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or a related field; relevant certifications are an advantage.

 

Working Model & Rota

  • On-site (Gurgaon)

    ; primary window

    10:30–19:30 IST

  • Two late-overlap days/week

    (e.g., Tue/Thu 14:00–23:00 IST) for US;

    one early-overlap day/week

    (e.g., Wed 08:30–17:30 IST) for UK/ME.
  • You will own

    and a quarterly roadmap.
