With 4000+ seats under management and deep delivery capabilities across Travel, eCom, BFSI, Healthcare, and Logistics, we are now hiring 2 Senior BDM / AVPs to drive our next $5M+ growth phase in the Indian market. 🎯 Role Overview We’re hiring proven enterprise BPO sales leaders with a history of closing large-ticket, offshore outsourcing deals. If you know how to build $5M+ pipelines, navigate C-level relationships, and tailor CX/BPO solutions for complex Indian enterprises— this is for you. 🚀 Key Responsibilities: Own and close $5M+ in annual offshore BPO/BPM deals from Indian enterprise clients Build a qualified pipeline of Tier 1/Tier 2 enterprise accounts Lead C-level conversations , pricing discussions, and proposal strategy Collaborate with global delivery teams to craft solution-led deals Represent Radical Minds at CXO summits, industry expos, and RFP forums Stay informed on industry trends, tech integrations, and competitor benchmarks Mandatory Requirements: 8–10 years of frontline BPO/BPM enterprise sales experience in India Proven track record of closing $5M+ in annualized offshore outsourcing deals Expertise in consultative enterprise sales, multi-stakeholder deal cycles, and CX/BPO delivery models Strong networks across Travel, BFSI, Healthcare, Retail/eCom, and Logistics Excellent proposal development, commercial structuring, and CXO engagement skills MBA preferred.
