Role Overview.

a Revenue Operations (RevOps) Special

Key Responsibilities.

Build and Optimize RevOps Infrastructure
tureDesign and manage end-to-end revenue operations systems across CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo etc.), automations, and reporting tools.

Sales Enablement & Process Improvement
Partner with the Sales & Growth teams to refine pipeline workflows, lead routing, and performance tracking.

Data & Reporting
Build dashboards and reporting frameworks for key GTM metrics to empower team with real-time insights.

Cross-functional Alignment
Facilitate alignment across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance teams to ensure GTM teams work toward shared goals and insights.

Revenue Tech Stack Ownership
Evaluate and implement tools to support scalable RevOps systems; manage integrations and data hygiene across platforms.
AI led Automations: Partner with sales teams to design and execute GTM campaigns / workflows and automations with the help of latest AI tools.

Requirements

2–4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or GTM Strategy at a high-growth SaaS or AI-focused startup.
Deep familiarity with GTM tooling (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, Zapier, etc.)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; fluent in Excel/Sheets, SQL is a plus.
Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority.
Bias for action and a passion for operational excellence.
