Key Responsibilities

Review and validate customer contracts to ensure compliance with policies, legal standards, and revenue recognition guidelines
Support the end-to-end Order to Cash process, including order entry, billing, invoicing, revenue recognition, and GTM payouts.
Monitor and maintain accurate records of contracts and transactions in revenue operations systems.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce revenue cycle bottlenecks.
Support quarterly targets to ensure revenue is realized to cash, accurate revenue reporting, and forecasting.
Customer obsessed-address customer inquiries related to billing, contracts, or payment issues promptly and professionally.

Must-Have Qualifications

5+ years experience in Order To Cash / Deal Desk role.
Contracts Management: Strong and fluent in both English and legalese
RevOps: Understanding of the order-to-cash pipeline.
Tools: Familiarity with Salesforce, QuickBooks, SAP Ariba, Tungsten, Coupa, and Candex
Education: Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, or equivalent.
