Key Responsibiliti e s:Onboarding & Offboardi ng: supporting new hire onboarding & manage the offboarding process for departing employee s.Employee Relatio ns: Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies, procedures, and general inquiries. Address and resolve employee concerns, working to ensure a positive work environmen t.HR Administrati on: Maintain employee records, ensure HR systems are updated, and assist with HR documentation and complianc e.Training & Developme nt: Assist in organizing training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance employee skills and productivit y.Policy Implementation & Complian ce: Assist with the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor law s.Employee Engageme nt: Support employee engagement initiatives and help organize activities and programs that promote a positive and inclusive company cultur e.HR Reporting & Analyti cs: Generate HR reports and assist in the analysis of key HR metrics to identify trends and recommend solution s.Qualificatio n s:1-3 years of experience in an HR generalist or related rol e.Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and employee relation s.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with employees at all level s.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrit y.Strong organizational skills and attention to detai l.
