Tasks include: - Collaborating with and supporting the team of US and global Account Executives to enhance productivity through effective utilization of Salesforce.com - Validating and approving quotes in adherence to company policies and procedures - Monitoring deal reviews to ensure timely acceptance, and proactively communicating with Account Executives about any delays or issues - Identifying and escalating issues when necessary - Engaging with various cross-functional teams to facilitate and streamline the deal process - Undertaking ad hoc projects and responsibilities as assigned by your manager Requirements: - 2+ years of relevant experience with a keen interest in sales and sales operations in an administrative role - Proficiency in Salesforce.com, Excel, and Word; familiarity with any CPQ system is advantageous - Demonstrated ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision - Capability to work independently across multiple time zones and collaborate with US-based management - Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and multitasking abilities - Openness to change, willingness to take calculated risks, and maintain confidentiality - Drive results through job competencies such as attention to detail, collaboration, and administrative sales support - Exhibit NAVEX core competencies including accountability, customer focus, results orientation, and trustworthiness Our commitment: - Ensuring every team member has a clear career plan to achieve their professional and financial aspirations - Regular review of career plans with managers after six months in the team If you are passionate about growth and enjoy working with motivated individuals, you will thrive in this career opportunity!
