About the Role

RevOps team

This isn’t about simple installs or setups. It’s about tackling complex implementations, enabling integrations, designing lead scoring, and fixing revenue leakages so clients get the ROI they expect.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead

    end-to-end HubSpot implementations

    across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs.
  • Configure

    lead scoring models, lifecycle stages, and advanced lead routing

    .
  • Map revenue processes and build scalable workflows and automations.
  • Implement

    integrations with other platforms

    (CRM, billing, product, CS, warehouses).
  • Audit funnels and pipelines to identify and close revenue leakages.
  • Build

    real-time dashboards

    for attribution, forecasting, and growth tracking.
  • Manage

    data governance

    (properties, objects, workflows) within HubSpot.
  • Collaborate with GTM teams to roll out a

    holistic RevOps framework

    for clients.


What Makes You a Fit

  • 3–6 years of

    hands-on RevOps and HubSpot implementation

    experience.
  • Proven ability to manage

    complex, multi-hub HubSpot setups

    (Marketing + CRM + CX).
  • Skilled in

    lead scoring, funnel optimization, reporting, and attribution modeling

    .
  • Experience with

    middleware/integration tools

    (Zapier, Make, n8n, APIs).
  • Analytical mindset — you can find leaks in the funnel and back it up with data.
  • Bonus: exposure to Salesforce, Braze, Klaviyo, Iterable, or similar platforms.
