Pickyourtrail, established in 2014, is India's largest online D-I-Y holiday booking platform, enabling users to craft customized travel experiences. Our innovative itinerary-building platform caters to various traveler preferences, including interests, trip duration, and budget, delivering on our promise: ‘Craft Your Holiday, Your Way’. We collaborate with leading tourism boards in destinations like Australia, Singapore, Iceland, Japan, Dubai, New Zealand, and over 1,200 global hospitality partners. Notably, we served as an Official Sub-agent for the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup. We are now expanding into the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) sector, aiming to offer our expertise to corporate clients.


Position Overview


Revenue Operations Manager

  1. Sales Process Optimization: Analyze and refine the inside sales funnel to improve lead conversion, identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements for better efficiency.

  2. Lead Allocation and Utilization

  3. Ensure optimal

    lead distribution

    among sales consultants for higher efficiency.
  4. Track key

    sales metrics (lead conversion, response time, pipeline etc.)

  5. Performance Tracking

  6. Monitor sales team performance, analyze trends, and provide data-driven insights.
  7. Define and track sales

    incentive structures

    to drive high performance.
  8. Cross functional Collaboration & Strategy Execution

  9. Work closely with Marketing to improve lead quality, analytics team to set up dashboards, resolve any discrepancies.
  10. Partner with Product & Tech to implement features that improve conversion




What We’re Looking For:

  1. Proven expertise in inside sales models, CRM management, and sales automation.
  2. Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
  3. Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, LeadSquared, or similar) and data visualization platforms (Power B/Tableau etc).
  4. Deep understanding of sales funnels, lead nurturing, and sales efficiency metrics.
  5. Experience in a B2C environment (travel, fintech, edtech, or D2C preferred).
  6. Ability to work cross-functionally and drive operational change.
