Job Description

As a Manager, Revenue Operations, your role will involve various responsibilities to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency: - Administer and continuously improve sales territory assignments using Salesforce and innovative data enrichment tools like ZoomInfo and Clay to enable efficient prospecting and market coverage. - Monitor and analyze key revenue and productivity performance metrics, providing actionable insights to commercial leadership and driving forecasting. - Create, maintain, and enhance dashboards using BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, Excel/Google Sheets to track revenue, pipeline health, customer trends, and team performance. - Collaborate with commercial leaders and systems teams to identify and scope revenue system improvements, especially in Salesforce and Outreach, and manage new AI native tooling pilots through implementation. - Ensure data integrity across platforms and troubleshoot system issues in partnership with systems and data teams. - Act as a bridge between teams to align goals, metrics, and processes, streamlining deal stages, improving pipeline visibility, and supporting growth initiatives. - Support executive reviews with high-impact analytics and custom reporting. Minimum Qualifications And Experience: - 4-6 years of experience in top-tier management consulting, revenue operations, sales operations, or similar roles, ideally in a B2B SaaS or high-growth tech environment. - Proficient user of Salesforce with a deep understanding of GTM system workflows. - Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with BI tools like Tableau and Looker. - Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Highly organized with rigorous attention to detail and project management skills. - Effective communicator with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels. - Team player with a growth mindset, eager to develop and learn continuously. Preferred Qualifications And Experience: - Salesforce Administrator certification. - Experience designing, optimizing, and managing incentive/commission schemes. - Experience in modeling commercial targets and forecasting. - Exposure to advanced sales analytics, multi-region territory management, and project management of new product GTM initiatives. - Experience with high-impact cross-functional collaboration in matrixed organizations. - Confident user of Salesforce with deep understanding of GTM system workflows.,
