Revenue Operations Specialist

Role Overview: You will be a detail-oriented and data-savvy RevOps Analyst supporting the Commercial Operations Manager in Sales and Post-Sales activities. Your role involves improving operational efficiency, maintaining CRM data integrity, supporting reporting and dashboard creation, and enabling Sales and Customer Success teams. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain and optimize Salesforce (or other CRM) for accurate pipeline, forecasting, and reporting - Ensure CRM hygiene and governance by consistent data entry, resolving duplicates, and supporting user adoption - Partner with sales leadership to manage and refine the forecasting process - Build and maintain dashboards and reports tracking pipeline health, funnel metrics, and deal velocity - Define and document sales processes and work with Sales Enablement for alignment - Manage integrations and licenses for key tools, evaluate new tools, and implement tech stack improvements - Provide insights on bookings, win rates, churn, conversion metrics, and sales productivity - Assist in pricing changes, territory realignments, and comp plan updates with scenario modeling and impact analysis - Support cross-functional initiatives impacting revenue growth Qualifications Required: - 2-4 years experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or Business Operations role (SaaS experience preferred) - Strong working knowledge of Salesforce and GTM tech tools, proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets - Analytical mindset to transform data into actionable insights - Highly organized, process-driven, and adept at managing multiple projects - Collaborative communicator able to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and CS,
