Title: Research Analyst – Forex/Macro, Technicals & Masterclass Instructor Location: vesu surat Employment: Full-time Experience: 1-3 years in FX/macro research + proven teaching/presentation experience Reports to: Head of Research & Education Unique Focus: 40% research, 40% masterclass/seminar delivery, 20% product collaboration Key Responsibilities :- Core Research (Macro & Technicals) : Conduct fundamental analysis: economic cycles, inflation, central bank policies (Fed, ECB, RBI previews/reviews) Deliver technical analysis: multi-timeframe charts, trade setups, momentum models for FX, indices, commodities Build/maintain models: FX fair-value, rate differentials, backtesting with Python/Excel Teaching & Masterclass Delivery (Core Addition) : Design and lead Forex Masterclasses/Seminars: live/in-person/online sessions on macro trends, technical setups, risk management Create teaching materials: slides, videos, workbooks explaining complex concepts simply (e.g., "How GDP surprises move EUR/USD") Present to audiences: traders, institutions; handle Q&A, demos of our software/tools Train junior team members/internal staff on FX concepts Content & Client Impact Write reports, thematic notes, intraday updates with clear, actionable insights Collaborate on software enhancements using research insights Ensure compliance in all research/education outputs Must-Have Skills & Qualifications Research Expertise: Macro/FX fundamentals, technical analysis (price action, indicators), data modeling (Excel advanced, Python/SQL basics)     Teaching/Presentation Mastery: Proven experience delivering webinars seminars, or classes (e.g., "Taught 50+ attendees on Fibonacci in FX") Ability to simplify complex topics: "Break down central bank decisions for beginners while adding pro-level nuances" Strong verbal/written communication, public speaking confidence Analytics: Quick decision-making under pressure, risk assessment Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Finance/Economics; CFA/CMT/NISM preferred Nice-to-Have Live trading experience or brokerage background Video production/editing for seminar recordings Tools: TradingView, Bloomberg, Power BI; FRED/IMF data familiarity Multilingual (English + Hindi/others for India-focused seminars) Success Metrics (KPIs) Category    :  Key Metrics Research    :  Timeliness/accuracy of notes; trade idea hit-rate (risk-adjusted) Teaching    :  Seminar attendance (target: 50+ per session); attendee NPS scores (8+/10); repeat enrollments Engagement  : Report opens, webinar views, client feedback; masterclass conversion to software trials Overall           : Contribution to lead gen via education; model documentation quality Tools & Environment  Research     : Excel, Python (pandas), TradingView/MT5, FRED/central bank data Teaching     : Zoom/WebinarJam, Canva/PowerPoint, Loom for recordings Team Support : Collaborative Slack/Notion; premium data access; certification budget What We Offer  Competitive salary: [ based on experience] + performance bonus Flexible remote/hybrid; travel for seminars (covered) Revenue share from masterclasses; professional growth (CFA support) Join a high-growth FinTech research firm impacting traders globally How to Apply Email: careers@moneymantra4x.com Subject: "RA with Teaching Skills – [Your Full Name]" Attach/Submit: CV highlighting research + teaching experience
