The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of recruiting IT professionals for US companies and will be well-versed in marketing bench consultants. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the full cycle of bench sales recruitment, including sourcing job requirements from prime vendors, clients, and other sources. - Submit qualified bench consultants, negotiate competitive rates, and follow up on interview schedules to ensure successful placements. - Work effectively with candidates on various visa statuses, including OPT/CPT, H1B, EAD, Green Card holders, and US citizens. - Maintain a comprehensive understanding of US tax terms, such as W2, 1099, and Corp-to-Corp. - Engage in regular communication with bench consultants to identify their needs and align them with suitable projects. - Build and maintain a robust database and rapport with Tier 1 vendors, clients, and other stakeholders. - Utilize job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Tech Fetch, Indeed, and LinkedIn, along with other networking methods, to source candidates. - Facilitate H1B transfers as needed. We are looking for a skilled IT Network/System Administrator to oversee and provide support for our Microsoft 365 and Azure environments. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on expertise in M365, Azure AD, Intune, Microsoft Purview, Windows Server platforms, and a robust comprehension of networking and IT security protocols. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and support Microsoft 365 services (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive) - Administer Azure Active Directory, MFA, Conditional Access - Configure and uphold Microsoft Intune for device and app management - Enforce compliance and data governance policies through Microsoft Purview - Troubleshoot and maintain Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Windows 10/11 - Monitor system health and address IT infrastructure issues - Provide support for LAN/WAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and firewall configurations - Oversee CCTV and video conferencing tools (MS Teams etc) Requirements: - B.Sc/B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science/IT or a related field - Minimum of 4 years of relevant IT systems and network administration experience - Experience on MS Exchange, MS SharePoint and MS teams Administration - Advanced knowledge of PC/laptop, Servers, Network Devices hardware. - Advanced Active Directory administration skill. - Knowledge about various licenses of O365 such as M365 E3, O365 E3 - Experience with patching and vulnerability management Preferred certifications: - Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, Security & Compliance Fundamentals - CCNA / CompTIA network + - Strong analytical, communication, and troubleshooting abilities
