Regional Sales Manager

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding the dealer/distributor network, and ensuring strong brand visibility in the assigned territory. This role demands strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and hands-on market experience in the building material or furniture fittings industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and expand the

  dealer/distributor network

  in the assigned region.
• Achieve sales targets and ensure sustainable revenue growth through effective sales planning and execution.
  
• Identify and acquire

  new customers

  in the

  furniture, plywood, and interior design

  industry segments.
• Build and maintain

  strong business relationships

  with channel partners, OEMs, architects, and interior designers.
• Ensure regular market visits to monitor product performance and competitor activity.
  
• Plan and execute

  marketing and promotional activities

  to enhance brand presence in the market.
• Coordinate with the internal team for order processing, payment follow-up, and delivery management.
  
• Prepare and present periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.
  
• Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and after-sales issues.
  
• Stay updated with

  industry trends, new product developments, and competitor strategies.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education:

  Any Graduate / Diploma / MBA in Marketing or Sales preferred.

• Experience:

  Minimum

  2 - 6 years

  of field sales experience in

  PVC Edge Band, Laminates, Plywood, Furniture Hardware, or Building Material

  industries.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities.
  
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in field operations.
  
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
