Job Summary: The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding the dealer/distributor network, and ensuring strong brand visibility in the assigned territory. This role demands strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and hands-on market experience in the building material or furniture fittings industry. Key Responsibilities: Develop, manage, and expand the dealer/distributor network in the assigned region. Achieve sales targets and ensure sustainable revenue growth through effective sales planning and execution. Identify and acquire new customers in the furniture, plywood, and interior design industry segments. Build and maintain strong business relationships with channel partners, OEMs, architects, and interior designers. Ensure regular market visits to monitor product performance and competitor activity. Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities to enhance brand presence in the market. Coordinate with the internal team for order processing, payment follow-up, and delivery management. Prepare and present periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management. Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and after-sales issues. Stay updated with industry trends, new product developments, and competitor strategies. Qualifications & Experience: Education: Any Graduate / Diploma / MBA in Marketing or Sales preferred. Experience: Minimum 2 - 6 years of field sales experience in PVC Edge Band, Laminates, Plywood, Furniture Hardware, or Building Material industries. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in field operations. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
