1. Sales & Business Development Own and deliver revenue targets business.
Drive new client acquisition across staffing firms, GSIs, and enterpriseclients.
Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation and qualificationtoproposal, negotiation, and closure. Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs and decision-makerstoposition PamGro as a trusted partner.
2. GTM & Pipeline Leadership Establish an SDR and inside sales motion to drive outbound prospectingand lead qualification.
Define sales playbooks, cadences, and metrics for pipeline creationandconversion. Ensure consistent opportunity tracking and CRM discipline for accurateforecasting and performance management.
3. Strategic Collaboration Work closely with the Global Head of Sales (London) to align Regional GTMwith global strategy and client programs.
Collaborate with the CEO and cross-functional leaders in operations, compliance, and finance to ensure seamless client onboarding anddelivery. Contribute to pricing, proposal structures, and global account plans for keyclients.
4. Market Development & Partnerships Identify and engage channel and staffing ecosystempartners inIndiatoexpand PamGro’s reach. Represent PamGro at industry events, client forums, and partner meetings. Provide feedback on market trends, client requirements, and competitiveinsights to shape product and GTM strategy.
10+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, ideally withinEOR/PEO, staffing, HR-tech, or payroll industries.
Experience in building and leading small SDR/inside sales teams.
Demonstrated ability to sell to CXOs, CHROs, and vendor managementheads.
Excellent communication, executive presence, and relationshipmanagement skills.
High ownership mindset, process orientation, and comfort workinginafast-scaling environment
