Job Description

As a Regional Lead, Sales at our company, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the sales strategy for our Integrated Facility Management (IFM) services in the Mumbai region. Your role will involve leading a high-performing sales team, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving business growth through acquiring new B2B customers and expanding existing accounts. - Lead, mentor, and inspire a regional sales team to consistently exceed sales targets and achieve company objectives. - Develop and execute a comprehensive regional sales strategy to identify and capture business opportunities in the IFM sector. - Drive new business growth by identifying potential clients, generating leads, and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations to ensure customer satisfaction and ongoing business development. - Oversee the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring timely and accurate proposals, contract negotiations, and service implementation. - Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and alignment on business goals. - Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to provide insights and adjust sales strategies accordingly. - Monitor and report on regional sales performance, KPIs, and market trends to senior leadership, providing actionable insights and recommendations. - Provide ongoing training and support to the sales team to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 5-7 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 3-5 years in the Integrated Facility Management or related service industry. - Proven experience in managing and motivating a sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals. - Strong understanding of the IFM market, service offerings, and key customer needs across sectors such as corporate offices, industrial, healthcare, and commercial real estate. - Exceptional sales skills with a deep understanding of the sales process, negotiation, and closing deals in complex environments. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with senior executives and clients. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess market trends, customer requirements, and financial performance. - Willingness to travel within the region as required. The ideal candidate for this role should be customer-centric, results-oriented, a strategic thinker, a team player, and adaptable. A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Facility Management, or a related field is preferred, and a Master's degree is a plus.,
