Regional Sales Lead

As a Regional Sales Manager at Kar Parivartan, you will play a crucial role in leading business activities in specific geographies, with a primary focus on Business Development and Revenue growth. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting regional sales activities to acquire new clients - Driving Business Development for EPR Sales & Service across various waste categories - Developing and executing strategic sales plans to meet regional targets and objectives - Analyzing sales performance metrics to identify areas for enhancement - Identifying and leveraging market opportunities to drive revenue growth - Managing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention - Addressing high-value client needs and resolving escalated issues efficiently - Collaborating with senior management to align sales initiatives with organizational goals - Providing market insights to refine strategies and optimize offerings - Ensuring compliance with pricing policies, terms, and conditions - Implementing regional planning, forecasting, and new client acquisition processes Preferred Qualifications & Skills: - Demonstrated experience in managing large accounts - Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and key account management - Solid grasp of sales and account management principles - Graduation in any field - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Proficient in MS Office Suite - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Kar Parivartan offers leadership opportunities, high-growth potential, and a collaborative work culture.
