🔍 What You'll Do (And Why It Matters)

Run the EPR Engine

• Coordinate end-to-end execution of Plastic, E-Waste, Battery, Tyre, and MLP waste management obligations.

Data with Purpose

• Maintain real-time tracking of collection targets, certificates of recycling (CoRs/CoEs), and UTRs.
• Build actionable dashboards to keep clients and internal teams in sync.

Build and Empower a Green Network

• Onboard and manage channel partners across India’s urban and rural landscapes.
• Create partnerships that go beyond transactions — build trust and traceability.

Zero Gaps in Compliance

• Stay ahead of CPCB and SPCB mandates.
• Be audit-ready — always.

Bring Operational Intelligence to Sustainability

• Suggest automation, map process improvements, and support digital tools that streamline compliance ops.

🧬 What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience in EPR/Waste Management/Operations/Environmental Compliance
• Degree in Environmental Sciences, Engineering, Sustainability, or similar
• Proven ability to handle multiple stakeholders and field operations
• Strong in Excel, MIS, and data analysis — because numbers tell our impact story
• Knowledge of CPCB Guidelines, EPR norms, and recycler certification processes
• A curious mind with a systems approach to problem-solving
