Job Description: Kar Parivartan is working towards a sustainable future, working closely with companies and recyclers in India, bridging the gap for a responsible disposal and recycling of waste (e-Waste/Plastic/Battery/Tyre & Oil Waste) in a channelized and formalized manner to reduce carbon footprints. The organization aims to promote a Circular economy for a green environment and social impact through awareness for safe disposal of waste. We are looking to hire a B2B Regional Sales Manager to lead the business in respective geographies for Business Development and Revenue growth/generation. The role involves new client acquisition, client servicing, and exploring new business opportunities in the respective regions. Key Responsibilities: - Regional Sales for new client acquisition - Business Development for EPR Sales & Service for waste categories - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional targets and objectives for the region - Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement - Drive revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities - Client Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention - Handling high-value clients and resolving escalated issues effectively - Collaborate with the senior management team to align regional sales initiatives with organizational goals and sales strategy execution - Provide market intelligence and insights to refine strategies and optimize offerings - Ensure adherence to pricing policies, terms, and conditions - Should adapt various processes for regional planning, forecasting, and adding new clients Preferred Qualifications & Skills: - Proven experience of handling big accounts - 2-5 years of experience in sales & key account management - Strong understanding of sales and account management - Graduation in any stream - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Strong communicator (verbal & written) and a good negotiator - Analytical and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in MS Office Suite Location Specifics: - Chennai / Tamil Nadu - Bengaluru (Karnataka) - Pune (Maharashtra) - Kolkata (West Bengal) - Hyderabad (Telangana & Andhra Pradesh) - Ahmedabad (Gujarat) Compensation: Retainership plus Profit Sharing Model (final terms to be discussed during the discussion).
