Job Description

Role Overview: As a Regional Sales Lead at The Media Ant, you will be responsible for driving the Sports Advertising business in North India, focusing on major sports properties such as IPL, World Cup, and others across digital and on-ground platforms. Your main tasks will include building and managing a sales pipeline, understanding client objectives, collaborating with the Central Sports Planning team, supporting sales teams with sports-specific pitches, and leading Go-To-Market plans for top sports properties in the region. Key Responsibilities: - Build and manage a sales pipeline of mid to large-sized SMEs. - Understand client objectives and pitch tailored sports media solutions. - Work closely with the Central Sports Planning team to develop winning proposals. - Support sales teams with sports-specific pitches and strategy. - Lead Go-To-Market plans for top sports properties in the region. Qualifications Required: - 4-6 years of B2B/SME sales experience with large ticket closures (15 Cr+). - MBA or equivalent qualification. - Strong communication and relationship-building skills. - Experience managing 20-30 clients simultaneously.,
