Job Description: We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented professional to join our Sports team for media planning and campaign management capacity. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of sports, digital media, and advertising, with a focus on SMB-first and digital-led planning. Youll collaborate closely with the central planning team and media vendors to ensure the seamless execution of sports campaigns. Education: Graduate; MBA preferred Job Description: Associate Manager (Campaign Planner) 1-3 years of experience in B2B business, media buying and media planning Strong negotiation and vendor management skills Proficiency in Excel, dashboards, Canva. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and execution capabilities Collaborative mindset with internal teams and external partners Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in B2B business, OTT platforms, or digital media companies Good understanding of the media ecosystem, especially in sports Familiarity with major sporting events and properties Comfort with cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Collaborate with key account managers on sports media planning Build and maintain GTM decks, sales pipelines, and collaterals Ensure smooth execution and tracking of campaign deliverables Work with media vendors to acquire inventory and negotiate plans Create and contribute to data-driven media plans Liaise with vendors for campaign setup and track execution Monitor timelines, troubleshoot issues, and ensure proof of execution Key Traits We Value: Ownership Teamwork Fearlessness Humility
