Power Apps Lead

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Power Apps Lead / Architect/Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft Power Apps and will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of solutions that meet our business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of Power Platform solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop custom applications using Power Apps and automate workflows using Power Automate.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Highly proficient in Canvas App, Model-Driven Apps
• Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of Power Platform solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Stay updated with the latest features and updates in the Power Platform ecosystem.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power Platform solutions.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience working with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Strong understanding of data modeling, data integration, and data visualization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Azure, SQL and related technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications are highly desirable.
