The ideal candidate should have hands-on technical skills along with experience in leading a small team of developers. Responsibilities Design and develop Model-driven and Canvas apps using Power Apps and Dataverse. Create and manage Dataverse tables, relationships, business rules and role-based security. Write SQL queries for data extraction, integration, or migration. Lead and mentor a small team of Power Platform developers. Coordinate with stakeholders on requirement gathering and solution design. Review code, conduct unit testing and ensure best practices are followed. Integrate Power Apps with APIs, SQL Server, SharePoint or other data sources. Build workflows and automations using Power Automate. Manage project timelines, task allocation and ensure on-time delivery. Troubleshoot performance issues and enhance existing Power Apps solutions.
