Job Description

As a Regional Human Resources Manager in our growing hospitality group, you will play a crucial role in leading the HR team in the North & West Region to ensure exceptional guest experiences are delivered across our multiple properties every day. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives, managing talent acquisition, workforce planning, and onboarding processes, overseeing performance management cycles and training programs, as well as analyzing HR metrics to support decision-making. You must possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field along with at least 7 years of progressive HR experience in the hospitality sector. Your proven track record in managing HR functions across multiple locations, in-depth knowledge of Indian labor laws, and strong stakeholder management skills will be essential for success in this role. Proficiency with HRIS platforms and the MS Office Suite is required, with a preference for a Master's degree in HR and experience in hotel operations.
