Job Description

Talent Acquisition & Bulk Hiring • Lead and execute bulk hiring drives to meet large-scale manpower requirements across multiple regions. • Build effective sourcing strategies through job portals, agencies, referrals, and other innovative methods. • Manage recruitment lifecycle from screening to onboarding within defined timelines. HR Operations & Compliance • Manage day-to-day HR operations, employee records, and HRIS updates. • Ensure statutory and compliance requirements are met for the assigned region. • Support payroll inputs and coordinate with the central HR team. Employee Engagement & Retention • Act as the first point of contact for regional employees to address HR queries and concerns. • Drive engagement initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention. • Support learning, performance management, and career development activities. Leadership & Ownership • Take complete ownership of HR deliverables for the region. • Work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams. • Demonstrate leadership qualities by influencing stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and driving HR excellence.
