Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Strategic partnership:

    Collaborates with regional leaders to align HR plans with the overall business strategy and helps achieve business goals through people initiatives.
  • Talent management:

    Drives and supports talent management, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives across the region to build a strong workforce.
  • Legal and compliance:

    Ensures the region adheres to all relevant labor laws and manages legal risks related to day-to-day employee management.
  • HR service delivery:

    Leads the delivery of HR services and projects within the region, working with HR centers of excellence and other stakeholders.
  • Data analysis:

    Uses HR analytics to measure HR effectiveness, identify trends, and inform decision-making to influence leadership.
  • Change management:

    Guides and supports change initiatives, such as restructures, within their assigned region.
  • Stakeholder management:

    Builds strong relationships with key stakeholders and leaders to understand their needs and provide effective HR guidance.

Preferred candidate profile

Must be Postgraduate with 4+ years experience in HR Business Partnering Role
