Job Description

Understand the needs of clients and businesses from a wellness and rewards perspective in consultation with the channel and product manager.

Coordinate successful wellness days from the start to where the Corporate receive their Corporate Wellness report •

All service related queries received form wellness days/broker days are captured and addressed within 48 working hours •

Ensure that professional client relationship with our providers exists.

Ensure professional and organized wellness days/brokers days for clients •

Liaise with stakeholders in order to obtain wellness day requirements and support event planning and coordination process. •

Liaise with various branding, marketing and communications team to promote the event. • Provide on-site event support to ensure the event runs smoothly. •

Deliver Wellness Days within the agreed events budget, time and quality parameters.

Track and control event expenses and coordinate the financial administration for the event. • Perform post-event evaluations and produce Corporate Wellness reports and present to Larger clients.

Assist in ensuring that marketing equipment / products are the most recent •

Manage the relationships with partner and provider managers to secure partners and providers for wellness days. •

Vendors Alignment for Health Days. Tie-up with Hospitals, Service Providers, etc. •

Assist in budget control and financial cost of activation vis a vis client centricity
Build and maintain relationships with clients and internal and external stakeholders
