Role Overview:

As a Manager – BD & Sales , you will own the sales strategy and execution for our brand—driving growth, building client relationships, and closing deals. You’ll lead from the front and ensure high occupancy and revenue targets are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a results-driven sales strategy.
• Lead and mentor a team, guiding them to meet individual and collective sales targets.
• Identify and nurture leads from startups to SMEs and enterprises—conduct tours, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Forecast accurately and regularly report on sales performance, pipeline, and market trends.
• Drive member retention, upsells (e.g., meeting rooms, virtual offices), and renewals.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and community teams to ensure an integrated member experience.
• Stay updated on competitor offerings, pricing, and market positioning for strategic advantage.

Requirements:

• 3–8 years in B2B sales within co-working, serviced offices, real estate, or related sectors.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and data-driven decision-making abilities.
• CRM proficiency and market analysis capabilities.
