Wellness Coordinator Responsibilities In collaboration with the well-being lead, manage and drive well-being initiatives and engagement activities for the targeted employee base. Coordinate with the well-being lead, operations team, and the well-being coaches in planning and successful execution of workshops/ seminars, organizing seminars/ guest speakers/preventive health camps etc. Maintain a detailed record of well-being activities for the employee base, participation rates on the same and their feedback.
