𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰

We are seeking a Regional HR Manager to lead and oversee human resources operations across multiple locations. This role requires expertise in HR strategy, employee relations, talent management, and compliance. You’ll play a critical role in building strong teams, ensuring smooth HR processes, and aligning people practices with our company’s growth objectives.


𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

  • 𝐇𝐑 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐲 & 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩
  • Develop and implement HR policies and programs aligned with business goals.
  • Guide management and teams on HR best practices.
  • Act as a strategic partner to leadership for workforce planning and organizational development.


2. 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 & 𝐓𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭

  • Lead regional hiring efforts to attract top talent across roles.
  • Oversee onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration of new employees.
  • Build and manage career development frameworks, including training and mentorship initiatives.


3. 𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐞𝐞 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 & 𝐑𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬

  • Foster a positive workplace culture that encourages collaboration and inclusion.
  • Address employee concerns with fairness, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Conduct regular engagement surveys and design initiatives to boost morale and retention.


4. 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 & 𝐇𝐑 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment standards in all regions.
  • Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and performance management systems.
  • Maintain accurate HR documentation and employee records


𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝

  • Proven experience in HR management (regional or multi-location preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Hands-on expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural, and remote-first environment.


𝐍𝐢𝐜𝐞-𝐭𝐨-𝐇𝐚𝐯𝐞

  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, CHRP).
  • Experience in hospitality, travel, or tech-driven industries.
  • Background in change management and organizational development.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and analytics.
