Job Description

𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰

We are hiring our first Global Sales Manager to lead supply acquisition for TourBeez. Unlike Companies that operate their own tours, TourBeez is a marketplace — our mission is to partner with operators who already provide tours, activities, and attractions, and make those experiences bookable through our platform. Your role will be to: acquire and expand supply by signing high-quality operators across priority markets; negotiate agreements and pricing; fill demand gaps quickly; and build and lead a sales team from scratch (in-house and field reps).


𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮’𝐥𝐥 𝐃𝐨

𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐬𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐲 𝐚𝐜𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:

Drive partnerships with operators, attractions, and experience providers to ensure TourBeez always has the right bookable inventory.


𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐦:

Recruit, onboard, and lead in-house and field sales professionals who share a passion for growth.


𝐎𝐰𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐲: 

Develop and execute a global plan to expand supply across priority geographies and categories.


𝐍𝐞𝐠𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐞 & 𝐜𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐞: 

Lead complex negotiations to secure favorable pricing and long-term relationships.


𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐜𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐬-𝐟𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲: 

Partner with Marketing, Operations, and Product to ensure acquired supply is effectively promoted and seamlessly integrated.


𝐃𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐩𝐢𝐩𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞: 

Use CRM tools (Salesforce or equivalent) to ensure forecast accuracy, pipeline health, and repeatable sales processes.


𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐓𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐁𝐞𝐞𝐳:

Be our voice at industry events, trade shows, and global forums, positioning TourBeez as a leader in the tours and activities space


𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮’𝐥𝐥 𝐁𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠

  • 5–8+ years of sales experience, including 3+ years in leadership with a track record of building and scaling teams.
  • Proven success in supply-side acquisition (marketplace, travel, hospitality, or B2B partnerships).
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to structure win–win agreements with operators and partners.
  • Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable building processes and systems from scratch in a startup environment.
  • CRM expertise (Salesforce or similar) with discipline in forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Excellent communicator in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Collaborative operator who thrives in cross-functional work across Sales Ops, Marketing, Product, and Support.
