As we continue to expand globally, we are seeking a remote-based International Sales Manager in India to help grow our presence across the subcontinent, targeting companies with a strong presence (50%+) in the US or UK. You will work closely with our sales teams in the USA and UK to align efforts and drive international opportunities.

An entrepreneurial sales professional with experience in corporate travel sales, who thrives in a remote environment but is excited by the opportunity to collaborate with a global team. You’re strategic, energetic, and love solving business travel challenges for multinational clients. You can work independently, manage a pipeline, and close complex deals across time zones.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and close corporate travel opportunities with companies headquartered in or operating out of India with significant UK and US travel spend.
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline through a mix of cold outreach, networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
  • Articulate the value of our integrated travel solutions (Concur, OBT, Expense, Events, etc.) to C-suite and travel decision-makers.
  • Conduct discovery calls, present demonstrations, and support RFP responses.
  • Coordinate with USA and UK offices for proposal alignment, pricing, and implementation support.
  • Use Salesforce and internal tools to track activity, forecast sales, and provide market intelligence.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences in India.
  • Partner with our Mumbai-based team and developers when needed to support regional strategy.
  • Engage in cross-selling and up-selling across our technology and event platforms.
  • Collaborate with implementation and account management teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term success.


Requirements & Experience

  • 5+ years of sales experience in corporate travel or travel technology, preferably in a global or regional role.
  • Deep understanding of corporate booking tools (e.g., Concur), travel platforms, and expense systems.
  • Strong hunter mentality with a track record of prospecting and closing new business.
  • Proven ability to sell to mid-market and enterprise clients in highly competitive environments.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Must be fluent in English, additional Indian languages a plus.


Requirements & Experience (continued)

  • Highly organized and self-motivated – able to work autonomously and across time zones.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Experience selling to global or multinational companies preferred.
  • Willingness to travel within India as needed.
