As the ideal candidate for this role, you will be responsible for driving strategic leadership and sales planning with full ownership of the sales function. Your main tasks will include setting the vision, goals, and priorities for sales growth, developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies, and ensuring accountability for results. Key Responsibilities: - Own and deliver global order, revenue, margin, and pipeline targets across all regions. - Establish and manage an effective global sales operating rhythm, including forecasting, funnel management, and performance reviews. - Drive disciplined opportunity management using CRM tools, ensuring data accuracy and actionable analytics. - Develop and manage key account strategies for strategic customers, EPCs, OEMs, utilities, and channel partners. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in strategic sales planning and leadership. - Strong understanding of global sales management and market expansion. - Excellent skills in market analysis, customer relationship management, and sales performance reporting. - Ability to lead and mentor a diverse sales team and drive sales process optimization. - Effective stakeholder management and collaboration with internal and external teams.
