As a Global Sales Manager at ADP, you will be an integral part of our sales team, responsible for acquiring new business opportunities for ADP. To qualify for this position, you should possess a degree in Management or Business Administration and have a minimum of 8 years of sales experience in selling service outsourcing, HCM solutions, or related software solutions to senior executives. Strong B2B sales skills, a proven track record of success, effective communication abilities, and a professional demeanor are crucial for success in this role. Additionally, you should excel in connecting with high-level decision-makers, articulating ideas persuasively, and converting potential clients into business partners. Candidates with knowledge of automation technologies, strong managerial capabilities, and advanced degrees will be given preference.
