Duowei Medical Group, a leading enterprise in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries, is currently expanding its business globally. Established in 1996, the group has a diverse business portfolio that includes agrochemicals, APIs, bio-organic fertilizers, healthcare products, human pharmaceutical preparations, and animal nutrition and pet products. With strategic plans to enter international markets such as India, North America, and Europe, we are looking for motivated individuals to drive business growth, achieve sales targets, improve international sales performance, and acquire new clients on a global scale. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying new business leads. Lead generation is essential for the growth of Duowei Medical Group, and you will be responsible for spearheading business development and the sales cycle. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying potential customers and prospects, formulating and executing sales plans with the sales team, generating leads through cold calls, preparing daily progress reports, and working on lead generation campaigns such as seminars and pre-conference meetings outreach. The ideal candidate should have a university degree, preferably in business, marketing, pharmaceuticals, or chemistry, along with more than 2 years of sales experience in related pharmaceutical products. Experience in cold calling is a must, and you should be tenacious and driven to succeed in generating sales. Additionally, you will be responsible for sales of all company products, including animal medicine preparations, pesticides, vitamins, and raw materials for human medicine. You will also be expected to develop new customers, maintain relationships with existing customers, expand international markets through various channels, optimize customer service systems, and conduct market research and analysis to develop market strategies and adjust sales plans accordingly.
