Role Objective:

hire large numbers of Store / Counter Sales Staff

Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates
(Store Sales Associates) from:

Job portals, WhatsApp groups, and referrals
Field visits, walk-ins, and headhunting
NGOs, Skill Development Centers, and ITIs
Government & private job fairs

Create and maintain a strong candidate database
Coordinate interviews
(in-person and video calls) with internal teams and client.
Follow up for joining
and ensure candidates start on time
Handle full recruitment process
job posting, calling, messaging, follow-ups
Ensure
positions are filled on time
with
quality candidates

Candidate Profile:

Experience:
0-5 years in bulk / mass hiring (retail or blue-collar preferred)
Strong in
field sourcing
,
headhunting
, and
network-based hiring
Good connections with
NGOs, Skill Councils, ITIs, and Job Fair Organizers
Can
organize recruitment drives
using calls, WhatsApp, SMS, email, etc.
Basic computer skills Excel, job portals
Good
communication and coordination skills
(Hindi/English preferred)
