Job Description

We re looking for a

Sales Recruiter

to drive end-to-end hiring for our rapidly growing Sales and Business Development teams.

You ll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding high-quality Inside Sales Executives. The ideal candi has prior experience in bulk sales hiring, understands the pace of startup growth, and can balance both quality and speed while maintaining a great candi experience.

This is a critical role that directly impacts our go-to-market success and overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Hiring Ownership

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Sales, Business Development, and Growth roles.
Handle bulk hiring drives and ongoing requirements for inside sales and field sales teams.
Collaborate with Sales Leaders to define role expectations, targets, and hiring profiles.
Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate communication, motivation, and cultural fit.

2. Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Management

Proactively source candi through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and recruitment drives.
Build and maintain a
steady talent pipeline
for critical and high-volume sales roles.
Use creative sourcing strategies to attract entry-level and experienced sales talent.
Maintain and up candi databases and hiring trackers regularly.

3. Coordination & Stakeholder Management

Partner with hiring managers to plan interview stages, manage feedback loops, and finalize offers.
Schedule interviews efficiently and ensure timely communication with all stakeholders.
Share
hiring funnel data, performance metrics, and recruitment MIS reports
with leadership.

4. Candi Experience & Process Management

Deliver a
smooth and professional candi experience
from application to onboarding.
Represent Grexa s brand and culture effectively during all recruitment touchpoints.
Manage offer rollouts, negotiations, and pre-joining engagement for selected candi .
Continuously improve hiring workflows to optimize turnaround time and quality.

5. Recruitment Operations

Maintain recruitment dashboards, trackers, and documentation for audit readiness.
Ensure compliance with internal processes, approvals, and offer guidelines.
Collaborate with HR Ops for smooth onboarding and handover.

Requirements

1-3 years
of experience in
Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
, preferably in
sales hiring or startup environments
.
Proven experience in
bulk or volume hiring
for roles like
BDM, BDE, Inside Sales, or Tele-sales
.
Excellent sourcing skills across job portals, LinkedIn, and offline channels.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage both candi and stakeholders.
Proficiency in
Excel/Google Sheets, ATS tools, and recruitment tracking systems
.
High ownership mindset, ability to multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Must be
based in Mumbai/Navi Mumbai
and able to work
full-time from our Vashi office
.
