About The Role
We’re looking for a
Sales Recruiter
to drive end-to-end hiring for our rapidly growing Sales and Business Development teams.You’ll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding high-quality Inside Sales Executives. The ideal candidate has prior experience in bulk sales hiring, understands the pace of startup growth, and can balance both quality and speed while maintaining a great candidate experience.This is a critical role that directly impacts our go-to-market success and overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Hiring Ownership
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Sales, Business Development, and Growth roles.
- Handle bulk hiring drives and ongoing requirements for inside sales and field sales teams.
- Collaborate with Sales Leaders to define role expectations, targets, and hiring profiles.
- Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate communication, motivation, and cultural fit.
- Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Management
- Proactively source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and recruitment drives.
- Build and maintain a steady talent pipeline for critical and high-volume sales roles.
- Use creative sourcing strategies to attract entry-level and experienced sales talent.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and hiring trackers regularly.
- Coordination & Stakeholder Management
- Partner with hiring managers to plan interview stages, manage feedback loops, and finalize offers.
- Schedule interviews efficiently and ensure timely communication with all stakeholders.
- Share hiring funnel data, performance metrics, and recruitment MIS reports with leadership.
- Candidate Experience & Process Management
- Deliver a smooth and professional candidate experience from application to onboarding.
- Represent Grexa’s brand and culture effectively during all recruitment touchpoints.
- Manage offer rollouts, negotiations, and pre-joining engagement for selected candidates.
- Continuously improve hiring workflows to optimize turnaround time and quality.
- Recruitment Operations
- Maintain recruitment dashboards, trackers, and documentation for audit readiness.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes, approvals, and offer guidelines.
- Collaborate with HR Ops for smooth onboarding and handover.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, preferably in sales hiring or startup environments.
- Proven experience in bulk or volume hiring for roles like BDM, BDE, Inside Sales, or Tele-sales.
- Excellent sourcing skills across job portals, LinkedIn, and offline channels.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage both candidates and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, ATS tools, and recruitment tracking systems.
- High ownership mindset, ability to multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be based in Mumbai/Navi Mumbai and able to work full-time from our Vashi office.
