Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Lead the quality team in developing and implementing effective quality control processes.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track performance.
Provide training and coaching to team members on quality procedures and best practices.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in quality assurance and leadership, preferably in a BPO or IT-enabled services environment.
Strong knowledge of CRM systems and processes.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience in creating quality metrics and reports.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline; relevant certifications are an asset.
