Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

  • Lead the quality team in developing and implementing effective quality control processes.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
  • Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track performance.
  • Provide training and coaching to team members on quality procedures and best practices.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in quality assurance and leadership, preferably in a BPO or IT-enabled services environment.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems and processes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience in creating quality metrics and reports.
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline; relevant certifications are an asset.
