Role & responsibilities 1. Maintain, Improve & effective implementation of QMS & EHS throughout the organization Qualification and other requirements 2. Execute IAs (Internal Quality Audits) as per plan, prepare audit plan, scope of audit etc 3. Maintain IA reports and analyse the findings and monitor the target dates of actions. 4. Arrange for Plant Level Monthly Review Meeting. 5. Maintain relevant Quality System Records. 6. Organize the MRM as per schedule. 7. Coordinate for Customer Audits 8. Ensure Vendor Audits as per schedule. 9. To maintain the distribution control of Quality System Documents.. 10. Review & Monitor the quality objectives & KPI as per frequency & inform the status to the top management for effectiveness. 11. Implement or communicate the customer specific requirements. 12. In case of Changes in QMS & EHS Ensure timely, defect free and Ensuring processes needed for QMS & EHS are modified and issued 13. To communicate MRM Decisions and follow up for corrective /Proposed actions 14. To identify and communicate Customer & interested parties requirement through out the plant and vendors. 15. Coordinate and comply with Monitor environmental, Ensure QMS requirements are implemented. 16. Ensure all customer & interested parties requirements related to QMS & EHS are addressed & implemented. 17. Ensuring the quality management system conforms to the requirements of IATF 1649. 18. Ensuring the processes are delivering their intended outputs; 19. Ensuring integrity of the quality management system is maintained when changes to the quality management system are planned and implemented. 20. Controlling all documents related to QMS & EHS. 21. Ensuring Relevant Procedures and Guidelines as per Customer SQA Manual. 22. Ensure all department MIS & KPI Reports are Updated on time by 5th of every month 23. Monthly Performance PPT with Gap analysis and Action Plan by 5th of every month 24. Responsible to handle all customer & 3rd party audits. 25. To ensure that customer Manuals are reviewed CSR Matrix reviewed and signed off. 26. l KPIs Target freezing with Plant Head for the Process Functions 27. l Ensure Master list of Formats updated for any changes and any change in function Procedures updated, approved and issued to Functions.
