We’re seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to lead the creation and implementation of a dedicated Quality Assurance & Control (QA/QC) framework within our Finance GBS Operations.

Where You’ll Make a Difference

Establish and operationalize a comprehensive QA/QC framework across finance operations, covering Finance processes.

Embed quality checkpoints and control mechanisms within transactional workflows to ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistency.

Standardize review protocols and documentation practices across teams and geographies for traceability and uniformity.

Conduct regular quality audits and reviews to assess process integrity, identify gaps, and drive improvement opportunities.

Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for defects and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to reduce error rates.

Develop and maintain quality dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs to monitor performance and report trends to leadership.

Collaborate with process owners and cross-functional teams to align quality objectives with business goals and drive continuous improvement.

Design scalable governance models to extend QA/QC practices to other finance and business areas.

Facilitate training and mentoring programs to promote a quality-first mindset and foster a culture of excellence and accountability.
What Makes You the Right Fit

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.

Over 10+ years of experience in QA/QC and quality methodologies, with minimum of 4+ years into people management ideally within QP&A.

Proven expertise in quality and business process improvement (BPI) within BPO, contact center, or shared services environments.

Demonstrated success in driving transformational change and implementing sustainable solutions.

Skilled in analyzing and improving processes, implementing recommendations, and managing projects to completion.

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PPT, Word, Visio, Outlook), Power Platform (utilization), and basic data analytics/reporting (SLA/KPI/PI).

Working knowledge of SAP, Power Platform development (preferred), and analytical tools like Minitab.
