Job Title: Procurement Manager – Printing Industry

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Manager to manage purchasing operations for our printing business. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sourcing, vendor management, and procurement of printing-related materials while ensuring cost efficiency, quality, and timely availability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for printing materials such as paper, inks, plates, packaging materials, and consumables.
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure consistent quality and timely supply.
• Monitor market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and alternative vendors.
• Manage purchase orders, approvals, and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Collaborate with production, design, and finance teams to forecast material requirements.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels to balance cost and availability.
• Conduct vendor performance reviews and ensure compliance with quality and ethical standards.
• Track and report procurement KPIs including cost savings and supplier performance.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 2 to 5 years of experience

   in procurement within the 

  printing or packaging industry

  .
• Strong understanding of printing raw materials, consumables, and production processes.
• Proven negotiation, cost management, and vendor coordination skills.
• Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office tools.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
