Position: Purchase Manager (Plant-Based Role) Location: Udaipur (Rajasthan) – On-Site Experience: 4–8 years Industry Preference: Quartz / Granite / Marble / Ceramics / Building Materials Role Overview The Purchase Manager will lead procurement and sourcing for key raw materials such as Quartz Grit, Resin, Chemicals, and Plant Spares. The role requires strong vendor management, negotiation capability, market awareness, and coordination with production to ensure smooth material availability and cost optimization. This is a plant operations role, working closely with Production, Quality, Stores, and Finance teams. Key Responsibilities Source and procure Quartz Grit, Resin, Additives, Consumables & Mechanical/Electrical Spares Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships Evaluate suppliers based on cost, reliability, and quality Negotiate contracts, pricing, credit terms, and delivery schedules Ensure timely issuance and follow-up of Purchase Orders Coordinate with Production & Stores for stock planning and inventory levels Maintain ERP entries, documentation, and vendor records Track market trends to optimize cost and supply continuity Ensure compliance with audit and procurement policies Preferred Profile 4–8 years experience in Procurement / Purchase (Manufacturing sector preferred) Experience sourcing raw materials & plant spares Strong negotiation and vendor relationship skills Proficient in ERP systems & Excel Good cross-functional coordination and communication skills Background in Quartz / Stone / Tiles / Ceramics / Cement is an advantage, not mandatory Why Join Us High-ownership role with direct impact on operations Fast-growing company with strong market presence Opportunity to work closely with leadership Growth-oriented and performance-driven environment 📩 Send Resume: hardik@qrocks.com or DM directly
