Position: Purchasing Manager – Tile Adhesive Industry

We are seeking an experienced Purchasing Manager with a strong background in the *Tile Adhesive or Construction Chemicals* sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing procurement activities, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring cost-effective and timely sourcing of materials to support our production and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Develop and implement effective purchasing strategies to ensure a consistent supply of raw materials.

•⁠ ⁠Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with suppliers to achieve the best commercial outcomes.

•⁠ ⁠Evaluate vendor performance, maintain long-term supplier relationships, and identify potential new vendors.

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate closely with the production and sales teams to forecast demand and manage inventory efficiently.

•⁠ ⁠Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and material availability to support strategic decision-making.

•⁠ ⁠Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and quality requirements.

Requirements:

•⁠ ⁠Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing within the Tile Adhesive / Construction Chemicals industry.

•⁠ ⁠Strong negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills.

•⁠ ⁠Sound understanding of material costing, supply chain operations, and purchase planning.

•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

•⁠ ⁠Willingness to travel and manage procurement operations across multiple locations.
